In this talk, Professor Khiara M. Bridges will explore the theory of racism that the Roberts Court has embraced and deployed in recent Terms to accomplish regressive political ends, focusing specifically on the way that the Court used this racial theory to justify its decision to reverse Roe v. Wade.
