Affiliated Faculty
In addition to its Core Faculty, the Institute counts a number of faculty members as affiliates of the Institute. Affiliated Faculty are Columbia University or Barnard College full-time faculty who, by agreeing to serve as Affiliates, indicate their support for ISSG and its mission. This entails the inclusion of ISSG students in the Affiliate’s offered courses, the willingness to serve on ISSG committees and as thesis and certification advisors. Affiliates may be invited to participate in ISSG programming (delivering lectures or papers, joining in a public conversation, etc.).
Affiliated Faculty request affiliation, or are invited to affiliate, by the ISSG Director or Associate Director, or by vote of the Executive Committee. To request affiliation, please email [email protected].
